Your General Practitioner may refer you to the John Flynn Respiratory Centre if you have a respiratory condition including :
Alternatively, your General Practitioner may refer you to attend the respiratory centre if you have any of the following symptoms :
If you have any concerns about the health of your lungs, please discuss them with your local doctor to establish if a referral to our specialist centre is appropriate.

 You may be referred to one of our Respiratory Physicians by your General Practitioner or you may be referred to our centre for a Lung Function Test or to our Zest 4 Living therapy service for physiotherapy or occupational therapy.
Your General Practitioner will complete a referral form, and then you will be able to contact the John Flynn Respiratory Centre to make an appointment at a suitable time for you.
The John Flynn Respiratory Centre will complete a report of your assessment and/or treatment as well as make recommendations for future management, which will then be sent back to your General Practitioner.
